  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Write product descriptions, promotional copy and campaign messaging for digital channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, fostering a positive online community and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms, including the use of relevant keywords and hashtags.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all social media channels.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field provides a strong foundation.
  • Relevant certifications in social media marketing or content creation can demonstrate specialized knowledge and expertise.
  • Prior experience within the marketing or advertising industries is highly advantageous.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in social media content creation and management is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting compelling content and engaging with the audience.
  • A strong understanding of the target audience's preferences and behaviors and the ability to tailor content accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and optimize content.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and adapt to evolving social media trends.
