About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman with solid experience in interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and detailed shop drawings that reflect design intent and site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery drawings, and fit-out layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
  • Review and update drawings based on client comments, design revisions, and site conditions.
  • Develop reflected ceiling plans, furniture layouts, and detailed sections as required.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with company and client standards.
  • Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control.
  • Support site teams with technical details and drawing clarifications.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in interior and fit-out projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; experience in 3D or SketchUp is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of joinery details, materials, and finishes.
  • Ability to read and coordinate architectural, MEP, and structural drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting work.
