Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Furniture Polisher / Furniture Painter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, polishing, painting, and finishing of furniture items to ensure high-quality output in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare wooden and MDF furniture surfaces for polishing or painting (sanding, filling, smoothing).
  • Apply finishes such as paint, lacquer, varnish, PU, melamine, or polish as required.
  • Ensure uniform color, smooth finish, and high-quality appearance of all furniture items.
  • Operate spray guns, polishing tools, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products and correct any defects before handover.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and proper care of tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and factory quality standards.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to meet production timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a furniture polisher or furniture painter in a factory or workshop.
  • Knowledge of wood finishing, polishing, and painting techniques.
  • Ability to work with spray painting systems and finishing tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform factory-based work.

Preferred

  • Experience in kitchens, wardrobes, or custom furniture manufacturing.
  • Previous UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1, AED2,000.00 per month
