About the Role:

We are looking for a talented MEP Designer/Draftsman with proven UAE experience in interior fit-out projects to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP shop drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring all designs comply with project requirements and local authority standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings specifically for interior fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants to ensure accuracy.
  • Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.
  • Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes and standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP drafting for interior fit-out works.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP services in joinery, partitions, ceilings, and other interior systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP / Duct Sizer, Dialux or related software.
  • Strong understanding of UAE authority approvals and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
