Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant & Business Development Professional to join our growing accounting and advisory firm in Dubai. This dual-function role combines expert accounting and tax advisory with strategic client acquisition and business growth.

The ideal candidate will be a CA or ACCA-qualified professional with at least 5+ years of UAE experience in corporate tax, VAT, and company structuring. You will provide expert advice on UAE and UK tax matters, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, and play a key role in driving new business opportunities through consultative client engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Tax & Structuring

  • Advise clients on UAE Corporate Tax (Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022), Free Zone incentives, and UK tax implications.
  • Develop efficient tax structures to ensure compliance and maximize client profitability.
  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns, VAT filings, and audit reports in line with IFRS standards.

2. Company Formation & Structuring

  • Advise clients on optimal business setup options—Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore structures.
  • Ensure legal and tax compliance during company formation and restructuring.
  • Liaise with UAE authorities and Free Zone regulators for licensing and registrations.

3. Business Development & Client Advisory

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and consultative sales.
  • Conduct client meetings to provide strategic advice on tax planning and international structuring.
  • Engage with European, UK, and international clients to help them minimize tax exposure legally and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

  • CA or ACCA qualification (Mandatory).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience within accounting firms, tax advisory, or business consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and UK tax regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of company formation processes (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing advisory and business development roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
