We are looking for a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team at Al Wazn Al Methali Medical Center. The role involves welcoming and assisting patients, managing calls and appointments, and maintaining a smooth front desk operation at both the Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah branches.

The ideal candidate should be organized, possess strong communication skills, and be proactive in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area
  • Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure a clean and professional environment

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE residence visa
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and basic office software
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work 9 hours a day, including a 1-hour break

Salary: AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month
