Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Certified CrossFit Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about functional training, experienced in leading high-intensity workouts, and committed to helping members achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting CrossFit and functional training sessions for individuals and groups.
  • Designing safe, effective, and engaging workout programs.
  • Monitoring members' performance and providing proper guidance and corrections.
  • Ensuring proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and injury prevention techniques.
  • Maintaining a high level of energy, motivation, and professionalism during sessions.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and safety of the training area and equipment.
  • Following all gym policies, safety standards, and code of conduct.
  • Assisting in promoting CrossFit programs and classes when required.

Requirements

  • Certified CrossFit Trainer – Certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in CrossFit or functional training.
  • Strong understanding of strength training, conditioning, and mobility.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises correctly.
  • Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible to work shifts as per gym schedule.
  • First Aid / CPR certification will be an added advantage.
