Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design, integration, and deployment of robotic systems from major OEMs, including KUKA, ABB, and Fanuc.
  • Develop and deliver connected solutions involving PLCs, SCADA, and industrial IoT platforms in manufacturing settings.
  • Collaborate directly with client engineers and project stakeholders to tailor technical solutions for complex assembly and manufacturing production.
  • Oversee commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of automation and device layers.
  • Mentor junior robotics and automation engineers and provide technical leadership within the delivery team.
  • Serve as the key engineering contact for client discussions, ensuring transparency, confidence, and alignment on all solution aspects.
  • Engage in technical discussions and lead negotiations with vendors to assess, align, and finalize automation and IoT solution proposals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics, automation systems, and IoT-based manufacturing solutions
  • Must have a solid background working with Systems Integrator (SI) companies or in designing solutions across multiple client environments.
  • Proven expertise in robot programming, safety integration, and deployment using platforms such as KUKA, ABB, and Fanuc.
  • Strong working knowledge of PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron) and SCADA systems, including integration protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, and EtherCAT.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects in regulated manufacturing environments with stringent requirements for quality, uptime, and compliance.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
