This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for the Head of Marketing at eZhire. The primary responsibility is to lead the marketing team and oversee all marketing-related activities, including planning, strategy development, market research, and public relations. The candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns, drive brand growth, and collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory:
Proven hands-on marketing leadership experience within the
B2C app-based industry
. - Proven expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Strong skills in
UAE Market
Research to analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive dynamics - Experience in Sales and collaboration with sales teams to support business objectives and revenue growth
- Proficiency in Public Relations to manage brand reputation and foster positive relationships with media and stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage budgets, track marketing KPIs, and achieve operational excellence
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
