Qualifications

  • 10–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience
    , with at least
    3–5 years in a senior or leadership role
    .
  • Deep technical expertise in one or more areas such as:
  • Front-End Engineering
    (e.g., Angular/React, micro-frontends, design systems, modern build tooling)
  • Mobile Engineering
    (e.g., SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, modular architectures, design system implementation)
  • Back-End Engineering
    (Java, microservices, APIs, cloud-native architectures)
  • CRM Engineering
    (Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, integration patterns)
  • AI Engineering
    (LLM integration, model orchestration, MLOps, applied AI development)
  • Strong understanding of
    cloud-native architectures
    , ideally on Azure.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale, high-availability systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Balanced ability to be
    hands-on when needed
    while providing
    strategic technical leadership
    .
