Type: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Site/Civil Engineer with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction and supervision
Must have a valid Dubai Municipality License G+4
Strong knowledge of DUBAI MUNICIPILITY approval procedures, site execution, and project coordination
Excellent site management, documentation, and reporting skills
UAE Driving License is preferred
Immediate availability is a plus

Responsibilities:

Supervise site work as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality rules and safety standards
Prepare daily and weekly site reports
Support project progress and attend site meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: civil engineer: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification: DM G+4 License (Preferred)
