The Opportunity

You'll step straight into:

  • Outbound calling support team generating verified appointments/listing for you.
  • Dedicated in-house marketing team creating personalise campaigns and property ads.
  • Training sessions with active closers and managing directors.
  • Real-time project launches, ROI insights, and market updates to stay ahead.
  • Monthly incentives & team rewards, including top performer lunches with leadership.
  • Full visa sponsorship and relocation support for international candidates.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in Dubai off-plan or secondary market (preferred)
  • Proven record of closing high-value deals and achieving monthly targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (other languages such as French, German, Italian, Russian, or Arabic are a plus)
  • Motivated, ambitious, and ready to thrive in a lead-rich, fast-paced environment
