Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon accounts, conducting detailed market analysis, implementing product listing strategies, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring high-quality customer service, and identifying sales growth opportunities to drive business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, product performance, and sales data
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively
  • Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms with knowledge of Amazon seller tools and processes
  • Sales acumen to identify growth opportunities and implement optimization strategies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai
  • Previous experience in E-Commerce or related industries will be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
