Sales Director – Middle East

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our business across the Middle East region (KSA, Egypt, Türkiye, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain). This role is responsible for driving sales strategy, managing a regional sales team, and developing strong customer and consultant relationships within major construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team.
- Set sales targets and ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Review monthly forecasts and ensure CRM reporting accuracy.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth across all product lines and regional markets.
- Oversee sales activities and negotiations for major projects.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, designers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver technical presentations and propose optimal commercial solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and ensure strong project mapping.
Marketing & Key Accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure pricing, offers, and contracts follow internal approval guidelines.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Support budget preparation and annual sales planning.
- Oversee account receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or structural solutions sales.
- Proven experience managing a regional sales team in the Middle East.
- Strong technical understanding of construction products, systems, or engineering solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
- Ideal Candidate with (Construction / Engineering Solutions)
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market awareness.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, and key industry players.
- Able to travel across the region as required.
