Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell gym memberships and training packages (Muay Thai, Fitness, Kids Classes, Personal Training).
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of all services and offers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage bookings, tours, and trial sessions.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly sales goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Basic computer and social media skills are a plus.
