Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Logistics Coordinator/Helper to support daily logistics and warehouse operations. The Logistics Helper will assist with handling, organizing, and moving goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments
  • Organize, store, and label inventory correctly
  • Prepare orders for dispatch and delivery
  • Support inventory checks and stock control
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures
  • Assist logistics staff and drivers as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse or logistics operations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit., punctual, and willing to learn
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
  • Previous experience in a flower company or FMCG industry is a strong advantage.

Warehouse, distribution center, or delivery sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
