نبذة عن الوظيفة

تبحث Spadix عن أخصائي/ـة تسويق رقمي وصانع محتوى يتمتع بالإبداع والمهارة في إدارة المنصات الرقمية، وتصميم المحتوى المرئي، والظهور بثقة أمام الكاميرا. يشترط إتقان اللغة العربية لأن المحتوى موجّه للجمهور العربي.

المسؤوليات الأساسية

  • التخطيط وتنفيذ حملات التسويق الرقمي عبر مختلف المنصات.

  • إدارة حسابات Spadix على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (إنستغرام، تيك توك، فيسبوك وغيرها).

  • تصوير وتحرير فيديوهات تسويقية ومحتوى يظهر فيه المرشح أمام الكاميرا.

  • كتابة محتوى عربي جذاب للمنشورات والإعلانات والموقع الإلكتروني.

  • تصميم مواد تسويقية باستخدام Photoshop وIllustrator.

  • دعم مهام إدارة الموقع الإلكتروني مثل رفع المنتجات وتعديل الصفحات (WordPress / Shopify).

  • متابعة تحليلات الأداء وإعداد تقارير دورية.

  • مواكبة أحدث اتجاهات التسويق الرقمي وخاصة في قطاع تجارة الهواتف والإكسسوارات.

  • التنسيق مع فرق العمل الداخلية لدعم الحملات والعروض والأنشطة التسويقية.

المتطلبات

  • إتقان اللغة العربية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدثًا).

  • يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح تأشيرة إقامة سارية (لا توفر الشركة إقامة).

  • الثقة والراحة في الظهور أمام الكاميرا لتصوير محتوى السوشيال ميديا.

  • خبرة مثبتة في التسويق الرقمي أو إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو صناعة المحتوى.

  • مهارات قوية في التصميم باستخدام Photoshop وIllustrator.

  • مهارات في مونتاج الفيديو (Premiere Pro أو CapCut).

  • خبرة في إدارة المواقع الإلكترونية (WordPress أو Shopify).

  • معرفة بأساسيات SEO وMeta Business Suite وأدوات Google تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

  • الوظيفة متاحة للذكور والإناث من جميع الجنسيات.

الراتب

2,500 – 3,500 درهم إماراتي شهريًا (حسب الخبرة وجودة الأعمال)

Digital Marketing & Content Creator – Spadix Telecom

About the Role

Spadix is looking for a creative and skilled Digital Marketing & Content Creator who can manage our online presence, produce high-quality content, design graphics, and confidently appear on camera. Arabic fluency is essential, as all content will be targeted to the Arabic-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across major platforms.

  • Manage and grow Spadix social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with consistent branding.

  • Create and edit marketing videos, product videos, and on-camera promotional content.

  • Write engaging Arabic captions, product descriptions, and ad content.

  • Design marketing materials using Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

  • Support website updates, product uploads, and basic website management (WordPress / Shopify / etc.).

  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.

  • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and the mobile accessories retail industry.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, campaigns, and branding activities.

Requirements

  • Arabic language mandatory (spoken & written).

  • Must have own valid visa (no company visa provided).

  • Comfortable and confident in front of the camera for social media videos.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.

  • Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and general graphic design.

  • Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).

  • Experience with website management (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).

  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, SEO basics, and Google tools is an advantage.

  • Male or Female — any nationality welcome.

Salary

AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month (depending on experience and portfolio)
