Senior Project Manager - Digital Healthcare

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering technical projects in areas of Digital Healthcare products and services performing analysis, development, implementation from conception to initiation to closure. The Project Manager will utilize technical knowledge and experience in order to effectively influence the implementation of a project. He will work closely with the project Director to create a central control point / interface between the various vendors, solution providers and the client organization. The role will include managing strategic Healthcare solutions projects, defining scope of projects, and taking responsibility for project delivery from initiation to completion.

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Software engineering, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience, out of which the last 5 years of project management experience in Digital healthcare , Health insurance technology solutions.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a must
  • Arabic Speakers preferred

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Managing the delivery and deployment of the end to end solution including all system components for all layers.
  • Responsible for preparing plans for all management objectives, including risks, quality, schedules, costs, scope, integration and changes
  • Liaise with internal SW development departments, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful delivery for the projects and services.
  • Provides oversight of organizational projects and resources, Manages projects portfolio and reports to higher management.
  • Manages projects priority based on business strategy.
  • Represent the project towards partners and suppliers.
  • Develop and execute project charter.
  • Develop, align and manage the project plan and milestones.
  • Interface with other organizations, vendors, partners and other programme related projects and coordinating schedules, dependencies and interdependencies amongst projects under the same programme.
  • Manage the project based on project management disciplines, e.g. risks, issues, quality, budgets, resources, change management, stakeholders.
  • Represent the project in regular progress updates within PMO, partners and suppliers.
  • Ensure all projects are executed with proper project management discipline on time, per scope and budget.
  • Responsible for achieving successful results and outputs as planned in the strategic and work plans.
  • Responsible for coordinating work and communication between PMs and the stakeholders.
  • Regularly update project protocols and standards, disseminating updates through appropriate channels to all relevant parties.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring project timelines are adhered to.
  • Manage project plan creation, including proposals, SOWs, kickoff, critical path, milestones, project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling effectively.
