Route Planning: Plan the fastest/safest routes using Google Maps/Waze and strong local road knowledge to reduce delays.
UAE Road & Parking Compliance: Follow UAE traffic laws, speed limits, salik/toll routes, parking rules, and safe driving practices at all times.
Customer Handling: Coordinate politely with customers for location confirmation, call/WhatsApp before arrival, and ensure smooth handover.
Proof of Delivery: Collect required signatures, photos, delivery notes, or confirmation messages; update delivery status accurately.
Item Safety: Handle items carefully to avoid damage (especially fragile / electronics); ensure proper packing, bag/box handling, and secure placement on the bike.
Vehicle Care & Daily Checks: Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition:
Daily checks: tyres, brakes, lights, indicators, horn, mirrors, chain/belt, battery, fuel level
Keep the vehicle clean and presentable
Basic Troubleshooting: Handle basic vehicle issues (e.g., tyre puncture, chain issues, battery jump basics) and coordinate with workshop/garage when needed.
Service & Maintenance Discipline: Track and follow maintenance schedule (engine oil change, filters, brake pads, tyres) and report issues early to avoid breakdowns.
Documentation & Compliance: Keep valid UAE driving license (as applicable), registration/mulkiya, insurance, and any delivery-related documents up to date.
Cash/Payments (if required): Collect COD payments responsibly, provide receipts if needed, and deposit/submit payments daily with records.
Company Representation: Maintain professional appearance, follow company policies, and protect company reputation at all times.
Support Tasks (optional): Assist with small errands like bank deposits, purchases from suppliers, or inter-branch transfers when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have
Good knowledge of UAE roads (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi routes—based on your delivery area).
Strong understanding of UAE traffic & parking rules and safe riding habits.
Experience as a delivery rider in UAE preferred
Smartphone + navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze), ability to share live location and update delivery status.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge:
Engine oil check/change awareness
Basic checks for brakes/tyres/lights
Identifying unusual sounds/leaks and reporting early
Punctual, honest, and responsible with customer items and time schedules.
Nice-to-Have
Experience handling electronics / fragile items (phones, laptops, parts).
Familiar with delivery documentation (POD, invoices, COD handling).
Own bike and own visa ( advantage ).
