About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
IT Recruiter
with strong experience in the Dubai/ UAE talent market. The ideal candidate should be an
Indian resident currently living in Dubai
, with deep understanding of regional hiring practices, tech talent trends, and end-to-end recruitment cycles. This role demands hands-on sourcing ability, excellent stakeholder handling, and the capacity to manage multiple technical mandates independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end IT recruitment
    for the UAE market, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Handle hiring across multiple tech domains such as
    software development, cloud, cybersecurity, data engineering, ERP, DevOps
    , and other IT verticals.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for niche technical roles using LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, social platforms, references, and market mapping.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified UAE-based tech professionals.
  • Drive candidate engagement, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Execute salary benchmarking and market intelligence for Dubai/ GCC tech roles.
  • Maintain accurate data, trackers, and MIS reports for recruitment status.
  • Manage multiple mandates simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and professional representation of the organization.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of total IT recruitment experience
    , out of which
    minimum 3–4 years must be in Dubai/UAE market
    .
  • Must be an
    Indian national residing in Dubai
    .
  • Proven experience hiring for mid- to senior-level technology positions in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai labor market, salary structures, and compliance basics.
  • Expertise in sourcing through
    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, job portals, networking groups, and referrals
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Prior experience working with recruitment agencies or IT consulting firms (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Strong grasp of technical concepts and ability to screen candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with GCC recruitment practices and talent trends.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
