The Health Club Manager is a crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a health club. This role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining the facility, managing staff, and driving membership sales. As a Health Club Manager, you will be expected to implement business strategies that enhance the club's reputation and profitability. Your role will also encompass staff training, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Health Club Manager Responsibilities & DutiesOversee daily operations of the health club.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.Manage and mentor staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Develop and implement business strategies to increase membership sales and retention.Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.Handle member complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to attract new members.Prepare and manage budgets, approve expenditures, and analyze financial performance.Ensure the health club complies with health and safety regulations.Organize community events and programs to engage members.Monitor industry trends and adapt club practices to stay competitive.Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations.

Health Club Manager Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Business Administration, or a related field.Certification in fitness training or club management.Proven experience as a health club manager or similar role within the fitness industry.Strong understanding of health and fitness trends.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Proficiency in using management software and fitness equipment.Strong customer service and communication abilities.Marketing and sales experience.First aid and CPR certification.High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a supervisory role.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Basic knowledge of health and fitness principles.Experience in managing budgets and financial statements. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED10,000.00 per month
