We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience in freight forwarding, documentation, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the complete logistics cycle — from document preparation to final delivery — ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling.
  • Prepare and verify packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, and other related documentation.
  • Handle MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) attestation for export and import-related documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Monitor shipment movements and update internal teams and clients on the status of goods in transit.
  • Review and verify delivery notes and receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized records of all shipments, documentation, and correspondences.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for inventory control, dispatch planning, and order tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Support management with reports related to freight costs, delivery performance, and logistics KPIs.
  • Assist in insurance documentation, claims follow-up, and damage reporting when necessary.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in logistics coordination or freight forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software (ERP systems preferred).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of documentation attestation and trade compliance requirements is a plus.
