Job Summary:

The CCTV Retail Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling CCTV systems, security cameras, and related products to walk-in customers and retail clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating product features, providing quotations, and ensuring excellent after-sales service to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist customers in the showroom or retail outlet.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CCTV systems and security solutions.

· Demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical specifications.

· Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CCTV brands, models, and accessories.

· Achieve monthly sales targets.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.

· Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure proper product delivery and setup.

· Maintain product displays, stock levels, and showroom cleanliness.

· Generate daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or POS systems.

· Stay informed about competitors' products, pricing, and market trends.


Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in CCTV, electronics, or security systems.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

· Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and networking.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

· Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

· Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
