We're looking for a
New Business & Partnerships Lead
who can drive new revenue, build high-leverage relationships, and unlock strategic growth for BrokenEdge Studios

What You'll Do

  • Own the New Biz Pipeline.
    Lead our outbound engine and turn opportunities into long-term relationships. You'll craft strategies, identify ideal clients, craft outreach, and guide prospects through our positioning and pitch.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships.
    Identify and nurture referral partners, brand collaborators, and growth allies across global markets and specifically from these cities Dubai, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, Barcelona, Seoul, Mexico City, Sao Paolo.
  • Run Discovery & Sales Conversations.
    Own discovery, lead consultative sales calls, and close deals that align with client needs and agency capacity.
  • Collaborate with Vertical Leads.
    Work closely with our Creative, Media, and Strategy teams to co-create winning proposals and service scopes.
  • Manage CRM & Track Metrics.
    Keep the pipeline sharp. Document deal stages, conversations, and revenue forecasts — signal only, no fluff.

You'll Thrive If You...

  • Are a
    natural closer
    with taste, tact, and fire, not pushy, but persuasive.
  • Have 2–3+ years of experience in
    sales, BD, or partnerships
    at a creative, growth, or digital agency.
  • Have a sharp eye for
    brand quality
    , market signals, and timing.
  • Are a great communicator, both in writing and on calls.
  • Understand how to sell
    retainer services
    and complex creative scopes.
  • Move fast, think long, and know how to build trust in minutes.
