To support our expanding global presence, we are strengthening our marketing function and are looking for experienced professionals who can drive social media performance, content quality, and regional engagement in a regulated financial environment. 

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-focused Social Media & Content Specialist to support Wisuno's global marketing efforts across multiple regions and languages. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with mandatory experience in Forex or FinTech and a passion for digital marketing to take ownership of social media and content execution in a regulated, fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in managing Wisuno's social media presence, creating and adapting Arabic-led content, ensuring brand consistency, and driving engagement across various digital channels while supporting the company's international growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Wisuno's social media strategy across key regions including Africa,

MENA, and Asia.

• Manage day-to-day operations of Wisuno's official social media channels including

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram.

• Create, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and

regional priorities.

• Develop and adapt marketing content, overseeing localization across markets in

coordination with translation resources as required.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, regulatory requirements, and FX industry

standards.

• Coordinate with design teams to produce visually engaging and on-brand creative

assets.

• Plan and oversee paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, optimizing for

engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including reach, engagement, CPL,

and ROI.

• Engage with online audiences, respond to messages and comments promptly, and

monitor brand sentiment.

• Lead community-building and influencer initiatives, particularly within Arabic-speaking

markets.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance

guidelines across all social media activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Arabic speaker (mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing social media for brands within

Forex, FinTech, or Financial Services (mandatory).

• Proven experience managing multi-market or multilingual social media accounts.

• Strong content writing and copywriting skills, particularly for Arabic-speaking

audiences.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign

Manager.

• Ability to use content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance, optimization, and growth.

• Additional language proficiency (English, French, Swahili, etc.) is a plus.

• Monthly engagement rate and follower growth across all platforms.

• Quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Arabic and localized content.

• Performance and ROI of paid social media campaigns.
