Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, promoting robot dance shows, and expanding the company's presence within the UAE events and entertainment industry. This role involves full-cycle sales responsibility, market expansion initiatives, project coordination, and achievement of defined KPIs and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients across the UAE, including events companies, malls, entertainment venues, brands, corporate clients, agencies, festivals, and government entities.
- Promote robot dance shows, daily robot rentals, and customized performance packages.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, closing, and after-sales communication.
2. Market Expansion & Partnerships
- Build long-term partnerships with event organizers, production companies, PR agencies, exhibition organizers, and brand activation firms.
- Explore cross-industry collaborations (tech + art concepts, product launches, exhibitions, interactive experiences).
- Represent the company in exhibitions, marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings.
3. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm show details, robot quantity, technical requirements, logistics, timelines, and pricing.
- Support on-site supervision during major events, large-scale activations, or VIP shows.
- Maintain smooth and professional communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
4. Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain sales performance reports, customer data, and sales pipeline trackers.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer insights to management.
Required Experience & Skills
1. Experience
- 3–5 years of outdoor sales experience in UAE.
- Strong track record in event, entertainment, robotics/tech, AV, or experiential sales.
- Experience sourcing business through field visits, networking, and client presentations.
2. Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of event operations, staging, and technical show requirements.
- Ability to sell high-value technology-driven entertainment solutions.
- Comfortable coordinating with technical teams (robot operators, engineers).
3. Sales Skills
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects (agencies, malls, hotels, corporates).
- Strong presentation skills for pitching the Legend X Robot Show.
4. Personal Attributes
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and resilient.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
- Professional appearance and strong client-facing demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for event requirements.
- UAE driving license required.
5. Other Requirements
- Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong network across UAE events, entertainment, and corporate sectors is a major advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Event Management, or related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
