Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

GCI Contracting (under LEOS Developments)

Minimum 5 Years UAE Construction Experience | Immediate Joiners Preferred

GCI Contracting, under LEOS Developments, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the hiring needs of our fast-growing construction operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring white-collar roles within the UAE construction sector, strong sourcing capabilities, and a proven track record in closing niche and hard-to-fill positions. Candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and targeted headhunting.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical positions.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
  • Provide recruitment insights, weekly updates, and hiring status reports.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and dashboards, ensuring compliance with company policy and UAE labor laws.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE recruitment experience within the construction industry (mandatory).
  • Proven success in hiring white-collar roles such as Engineering, Planning, Project Management, Design, HSE, Commercial, HR, and Finance.
  • Strong experience in closing niche and senior-level roles under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Available to join immediately or with short notice (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
