Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and align with business objectives
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment efforts, talent development programs, and employee retention strategies
  • Performance Management: Establish and oversee performance management systems and employee development programs
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and industry standards; develop and maintain HR policies
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and maintain a healthy workplace culture
  • Training & Development: Design and implement employee training, development, and leadership programs
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll coordination
  • Organizational Development: Lead organizational restructuring and change management initiatives as needed
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop HR metrics and reports for senior management decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Professional Certifications (Must have at least one of the following):
  • SHRM Certification (Society for Human Resource Management)
  • HRCI Certification (Human Resource Certification Institute)
  • CIPD Certification (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)
  • Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Specialist certification/diploma in HR is preferred
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 8+ years of professional human resource experience in UAE.
  • Proven experience in a strategic HR leadership role.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations (UAE Labour Law, Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation requirements)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English proficiency preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Change management expertise

Employment Details

Pay: AED15, AED20,000.00 per month
