Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
IT Account Manager
with a strong background in managing enterprise clients, driving business growth, and delivering IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in account management within the UAE market and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key IT accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and aligning IT solutions accordingly.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new client acquisition.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, technical, recruitment, and support) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
- Track account performance, revenue, and profitability against targets.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging IT technologies in the UAE region.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience
as an IT Account Manager or similar role. - Strong understanding of IT services such as
staffing, software solutions, cloud, digital transformation, or managed services
. - Proven experience handling
UAE-based clients
and knowledge of local business practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
