Responsibilities

  • Independently handle Infrastructure Sites
  • Ensure That Latest version of drawings are used on sites
  • Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
  • Verifying data and calculations.
  • Recording results of surveys.
  • Calculating the measurements of sites.
  • Writing descriptions of property boundaries.
  • Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.
  • Conducting surveys using advanced equipment and techniques to gather accurate measurements and data, including topography, boundaries and existing structures.
  • Analyzing survey data and creating detailed survey reports, maps and drawings to support project planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers and architects to provide survey information for design and construction purposes.
  • Assessing site suitability, analyzing topography and evaluating potential risks to support project feasibility studies.
  • Utilizing software applications and Auto Cad for data analysis and report generation.
  • Monitoring and reviewing survey progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Mandatory Skills

  • Total Station, GPS ( Fully Proficient ) Auto level
  • Sound Knowledge To Understanding / Read Drawings
  • Mathematical Ability
  • Auto CAD

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Land Surveying, or a similar field.
  • Proven work experience working as a Land Surveyor or a similar position.
  • On Visit Visa/ Cancelled Employment Visa and ready to
