Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in luxury or high-end salon environments.
- Product knowledge of major nail brands (e.g., OPI, CND, Gelish, etc.).
- Passion for continuous learning and trend-setting nail design.
- Flexible and reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional nail technician experience.
- Certified Nail Technician (NVQ Level 2/3, Diploma, or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in gel, acrylic, and nail art design.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Creative eye for design and attention to detail.
Client Services:
- Perform manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, overlays, and advanced nail art with precision and creativity.
- Provide expert advice on nail care, products, and maintenance.
- Ensure all treatments are delivered to the highest professional standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
Technical Excellence:
- Stay up to date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and product innovations.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of gel, acrylic, and dip systems.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, and health & safety protocols.
Leadership & Mentoring:
- Train, guide, and support junior nail technicians and apprentices.
- Lead by example in professionalism, work ethic, and client service.
- Assist management in evaluating staff performance and training needs.
Operations & Maintenance:
- Ensure all nail equipment and tools are sterilized and properly maintained.
- Manage stock levels of nail products and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment.
