Role Description

Hours:
20–25 coaching hours per week, plus admin and community engagement tasks.

We're looking for an enthusiastic coach who brings strong energy, genuine care, and attention to detail to every session. You'll work closely with our coaching team to deliver the F45 experience that keeps our members coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality F45 workouts with energy, enthusiasm, and a focus on form and safety.
  • Build strong relationships with members and help create a supportive, motivating training environment.
  • Provide personalized feedback, technique correction, and encouragement during sessions.
  • Assist with onboarding new members and supporting their fitness journeys.
  • Participate in community events, challenges, and studio initiatives.
  • Maintain the studio environment to F45 brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of group fitness training principles, functional fitness, and strength/conditioning
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational skills to inspire and guide diverse groups
  • Experience with creating safe, inclusive, and engaging fitness environments
  • Ability to mentor and develop coaching staff, contributing to team success
  • Fitness certifications such as CPT, ACE, NASM, or equivalent (required); First Aid/CPR certifications
  • Experience in a similar fitness or coaching leadership role is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle diverse responsibilities
  • Passion for fitness, community building, and continuous professional development
