Concierge / Residential Management Supervisor – Full Time – Dubai

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible professional residing in Dubai to manage residential properties and provide personalized service to international clients.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the residences and apartments under the company's management, guaranteeing comfort, quality, and excellence in every detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' houses and apartments, ensuring their maintenance and full operation.
  • Supervise and perform ongoing cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the units.
  • Request and monitor technical, repair, and maintenance services as needed.
  • Identify and manage local suppliers and service providers, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Welcome guests and visitors, ensuring a friendly and efficient reception.
  • Handle special client requests, such as restaurant reservations, events, services, and local experiences.
  • Prepare activity reports and monitor service providers' performance.
  • Purchase products, groceries, and supplies according to each unit's needs.
  • Support senior management with administrative and secretarial tasks when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations, reception, or concierge (preferably in hospitality).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area, including shops, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and a strong sense of hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and email management.
  • Must be a permanent resident in Dubai.
