We are looking for Junior Travel Consultant to join our Sharjah office. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the travel industry and a strong passion for customer service and travel planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with travel bookings including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
  • Provide basic travel advice and support under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Handle documentation, visa guidance, and itinerary coordination.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
  • Support the sales and operations team with daily travel tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in India or freshers with an IATA certificate.
  • Preferred male candidate from Kerala.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Sharjah – Sajjah.
