Role Description

The Project Director is a full-time and remote role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management and successful delivery of ultra-luxury residential projects. Key responsibilities include client liaison, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring exceptional quality and design integrity throughout the process. The Project Director will drive operational excellence and cultivate effective collaborations with designers, architects, artisans, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met while upholding LSI standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, planning, and coordinating complex luxury interior or architectural projects
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in quality control, process improvement, and adhering to high craftsmanship standards
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of luxury interior design and FF&E processes is highly advantageous
  • A degree in architecture, interior design, project management, or a related field is preferred
