Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective individual and corporate clients to promote the company's travel services and packages
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with travel agencies outside Dubai to generate inbound clients
- Coordinate, support, and manage company-appointed agents and oversee their client bookings
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and agent-generated clients to ensure conversion and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, sales activities, and agent performance
- Communicate client requirements clearly with internal operations and reservations teams
- Represent the company professionally in all client and agent communications
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, tourism, or travel services is preferred
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
- Professional telephone manners and client-handling skills
- Basic understanding of travel products and tourism services
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an advantage
