Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – Construction (UAE Experience minimum 2 years preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified QA/QC Engineer with proven construction experience in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures on site
  • Prepare and follow up Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Plans
  • Conduct site inspections for ongoing construction works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors
  • Review material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documents
  • Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test results, and quality records
  • Raise and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to approved procedures
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system
  • Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors on quality-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and local authority requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of QA/QC experience in construction projects within the UAE
  • Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations
  • Experience in building/infrastructure/MEP projects (as applicable)
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
