Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Chapra Bazaar / Public Warehouse Manager to manage daily operations of a public warehouse and tenant marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate warehouse tenants
- Collect daily/weekly rent and maintain payment records
- Handle tenant inquiries, issues, and renewals
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and discipline
- Post and promote warehouse availability and offers on Facebook & TikTok
- Assist in basic marketing and lead generation for new tenants
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and security coordination
- Prepare daily activity and rent collection reports
Requirements:
- Prior experience in warehouse, bazaar, or property management (preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of social media (Facebook & TikTok posting)
- Organized, honest, and responsible
- Ability to manage tenants and handle payments professionally
- Hindi/Urdu/English/Arabic speaking preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
