All Events is seeking a highly organized and well-connected Event Vendor Onboarding & Partnerships Specialist to support the expansion of our platform.

This role focuses on building a curated directory of event service providers, onboarding up to 100 event vendors.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in the events sector, strong professional communication skills, and the ability to independently manage outreach, follow-ups, and onboarding execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a structured list of event service providers across multiple categories (e.g., catering, décor, entertainment, production, rentals).
  • Conduct professional outreach via email, phone, and WhatsApp to introduce the All Events platform.
  • Clearly explain All Events' business models, onboarding process, and partnership benefits.
  • Guide vendors through the onboarding journey, including:
  • Account setup,
  • Collection of business information,
  • Service listings, pricing, and documentation.
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records of vendor status.
  • Coordinate closely with the All Events team to ensure consistency and quality standards.
  • Successfully onboard a minimum target of 100 event vendors within the agreed timeframe.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience working in the events, hospitality, or experiential services sector.
  • Existing relationships or familiarity with event vendors is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and confident in representing a premium platform.
