Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Marketing Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Real Estate company. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include managing digital marketing efforts, leading a team of marketing professionals, conducting market research, working collaboratively with other departments, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall brand identity and goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Management
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
  • Strong skills in Market Research and Data Analysis for informed decision-making
  • Ability to manage a team, drive collaboration, and oversee project timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
  • Experience working in the UAE market, specifically in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Arabic speakers are preferred
