Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Auditor specializing in RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) assignments. The Senior Auditor will perform comprehensive audits of RERA-related financial and operational processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, identifying risks and discrepancies, preparing detailed audit reports, and presenting findings to clients and management. Collaborative engagement with internal and external stakeholders to propose and implement improvements will also be essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, financial analysis, and reporting techniques
  • Experience with compliance standards and regulations, particularly related to RERA policies
  • Proficiency in data analytics, risk assessment, and internal control evaluation
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in relevant audit tools and technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent are preferred
  • Experience working in the real estate or property sector is a plus
