The Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities across multiple channels. This role manages social media platforms, blogger and influencer collaborations, content calendars, and overall marketing initiatives to ensure brand consistency, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, content quality, and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and maintain monthly and quarterly social media and content calendars.
  • Coordinate and manage bloggers, influencers, and content creators, including outreach, negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor social media performance, campaign results, and engagement metrics, and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Manage multiple marketing accounts and ensure client or brand requirements are met effectively.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media updates, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in planning events, launches, and offline marketing activities when required.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social media Specialist or in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience working with bloggers and influencers.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
