  • Develop, implement, and maintain the project's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and client requirements.
  • Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and standards to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures.
  • Supervise QA/QC inspectors and coordinate inspections, tests, and audits.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions for non-conformances.
  • Manage document control related to quality (QA/QC reports, NCRs, MIRs, etc.).
  • Lead internal and external audits, and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies.
  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and mentoring to junior QA/QC staff and site teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of dedicated QA/QC experience, with 12–15 years total experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international QA/QC standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, BS, ACI).
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in QA/QC software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Certification in QA/QC or Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor) is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
