We are looking for an experienced
Project Lead
with a strong background in
interior fit-out projects
to manage and deliver projects from initiation to handover. The Project Lead will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of fit-out projects while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage
    interior fit-out projects
    from award to completion and handover.
  • Prepare and monitor
    project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
    .
  • Coordinate with
    clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
    .
  • Review and approve
    shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and mock-ups
    .
  • Ensure project execution complies with
    approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations
    .
  • Monitor site progress, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Identify project risks and implement
    mitigation strategies
    .
  • Conduct regular
    site meetings
    , progress reviews, and coordination meetings.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, including scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with
    HSE standards and site safety regulations
    .
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and
    final handover documentation
    .
  • Prepare and submit
    progress reports, variation claims, and final accounts
    .
  • Support the commercial team with
    variations, claims, and cost control
    .

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design
    , or related discipline.
  • 7–10 years of experience
    in
    interior fit-out projects
    , preferably within the UAE or GCC.
  • Proven experience leading
    commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    fit-out materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and construction methods
    .
  • Experience dealing with
    clients, consultants, and local authorities
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in
    project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD
    , and reporting systems.
  • Strong understanding of
    contractual, commercial, and technical aspects
    of fit-out projects.
