Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Outreach:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, vendors, or candidates to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the database
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email to nurture relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and report on outcomes
- Handle objections professionally and redirect inquiries appropriately
Hiring & Recruitment Support:
- Screen incoming resumes and applications for open positions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Maintain organized candidate files and tracking systems
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation coordination
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
General Administrative Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage office correspondence including emails and messages
