Advertising Client Servicing Manager (BTL Advertising/ Visual Merchandising)

KBC-Visualworks Advertising LLC, a leading BTL advertising company based in Dubai which is part of KBC CORP, is looking for, a proactive, strategic, and relationship-driven Client Service Manager who can manage some of the leading clients in the market, providing high quality service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to resolve client issues efficiently. In this role, you'll act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, effective project execution, and consistent client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and building trusted relationships.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Translate client goals and briefs into actionable tasks for internal creative and production teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver integrated advertising solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and present strategic recommendations and upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, status calls, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest optimizations.
  • Resolve client issues with speed, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client market conditions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in client service or account management within an BTL production company.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
