About the Role

We are seeking highly competent Lead Auditors with proven experience in conducting audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO The ideal candidate must have strong auditing skills, a deep understanding of integrated management systems, and the ability to engage effectively with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, conduct, and report internal and external audits in accordance with ISO standards.

* Lead audits for Quality Management (9001), Environmental Management , Occupational Health & Safety , and Food Safety Management

* Evaluate the effectiveness of management systems and identify areas for improvement.

* Prepare detailed audit reports, corrective action requests, and follow-up assessments.

* Ensure compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

* Provide guidance to clients on system implementation, best practices, and continual improvement.

* Maintain impartiality, confidentiality, and high ethical standards throughout the audit process.

Qualifications & Competencies

* Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO mandatory).

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Quality, Environmental Science, Food Technology, or related).

* Minimum 3–5 years of audit experience conducting third-party or second-party audits.

* Strong knowledge of integrated management systems and risk-based thinking.

* Excellent communication, report writing, and analytical skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused approach.

Preferred Experience

* Experience working with certification bodies or consulting firms.

* Exposure to diverse industries such as manufacturing, food processing, construction, or services.
