Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Conference Producer, based in Dubai. The Conference Producer will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, producing high-quality conference programs, acquiring leading industry speakers, and overseeing event deliverables from concept to execution. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and sales teams, ensuring high-level event management, and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills and experience in Conference Production and Event Management.
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research to shape conference topics and agendas.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination and relationship-building with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Speaker Acquisition, including identifying, contacting, and securing industry leaders.
  • Organizational abilities and time management skills to oversee event timelines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with international experience or exposure to Western business culture.
