Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional food and beverage service to guests in line with St. Regis service standards
  • Prepare dining areas before service, including table setup, cleanliness, and readiness
  • Interact courteously with guests, respond to requests, and support a personalized dining experience
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Maintain menu knowledge to assist guests and verify information accurately
  • Ensure cleanliness of workstations, service equipment, and dining areas throughout shifts
  • Follow all hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and communication at all times
  • Support a safe working environment by reporting maintenance issues or unsafe conditions
  • Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors to support operations
Desired Candidate Profile

Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Guest-focused mindset with strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment

Willingness to stand and move for extended periods during service

Attention to detail, cleanliness, and service quality
