Aluminium Foreman

The Aluminium Foreman is responsible for supervising aluminium fabrication and installation works, ensuring projects are completed on time, with high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily aluminium fabrication and installation activities.
• Assign tasks to fabricators, installers, and helpers.
• Read and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists.
• Ensure materials, tools, and machines are properly used and maintained.
• Monitor production to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
• Check the quality of frames, doors, windows, curtain walls, pergolas, etc.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure workers follow proper procedures.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Solve technical issues and guide workers when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Aluminium Foreman in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems
• Ability to read drawings and measure accurately.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of site safety and quality control.
• Communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu added advantage).
